Remarkery provides website design, website redesign, digital presence strategy, messaging, and related advisory or implementation services.

Each project is defined individually in writing, including scope, price, deliverables, and timing.

Initial enquiries and introductory conversations are free of charge and without obligation.

A project begins only when both parties have agreed in writing to the relevant scope and commercial terms.

Where applicable, Remarkery may offer a paid website or digital presence assessment.

Unless otherwise agreed, the assessment fee is payable in advance and may be credited toward a future project if the client proceeds with the agreed project.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, access credentials where required, and timely feedback.

Delays in providing materials, approvals, or feedback may affect the project timeline.

Payment terms are agreed per project. Work may be scheduled, paused, or released according to the agreed payment structure.

Late payment may result in suspension of work or delay in delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed, final project deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment has been received.

Remarkery retains the right to show completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

Projects may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, fonts, form processors, or other services.

Any third-party costs, licences, subscriptions, or service limitations remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Remarkery provides its services with professional care and attention.

However, no guarantee is made regarding specific commercial outcomes, rankings, revenue, enquiries, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Remarkery is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or damage caused by third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will first be approached in good faith before formal legal steps are taken.
