The Problem
The work had evolved. The website had not.

The previous website was once a professionally designed premium website. But the work had evolved, while the years-old site remained hopelessly behind: noisy, busy, cluttered, and punishingly slow.
It betrayed what the work had become. Beneath the surface, a stale WordPress setup with around 100,000 files — many of them duplicates — meant unnecessary disk space, expensive hosting, backups that were difficult to run regularly, and extra cost in both time and money.
